I’m Harmony Rogers, the author of this blog. I am a woman searching after God’s own heart. Writing to Inspire. I believe God loves each and every one of us. I also believe that we can (and that I do) have a relationship with Him that includes two-way communication, through prayer.
I’m married to Adrian Rogers, and we have three little kids. 🙂 I will probably avoid posting about them too much, because they have their own lives. I am very aware of children being precious and having their own privacy and respect.
I am a multi-faceted woman who was born in, and grew up in Zimbabwe, Africa. I have travelled to over 15 different countries and lived on 3 continents. However, my time in Sydney, Australia was the most amazing of all the places I have lived. I have also lived in NYC and currently am in California. Adrian and I will continue our travels, for the rest of our lives…even as we are diverse in our heritage and cultural perspectives.
I want you to recognize that I’m not perfect. I plan on being transparent with you as I write from the standpoint that we can grow and learn more if we are open, share, and ask questions. Feel free to comment or contact me directly and I’ll be genuine in my response to you. I am not putting up a facade.
I want to be real and open, in this blog – just as my dear friend Sarah Keller puts it in her blog “Dressed Up in Love“. A true inspiration into vulnerability. 🙂 Check it out!
My writing really falls into 2 categories. My Personal Experiences, and Research that I have used to build my perspectives. I am always willing to learn and discuss different perspectives with a goal of finding Truth.
I love research and even as I have done TONS of research into parenting as well as most parts of my life. This doesn’t mean that I’m PERFECT at it, but rather that I have a lot of knowledge that I’m utilizing. As I write you’ll experience a representation of the things that I’ve learned mixed in with some intense researching that I just LOVE to do.
#BeReal … this is my life. I’m qualified to do this because it is who I am. Although I hope you love it just as I do, I especially hope you will be inspired to learn and experience more that life has to offer!
I HOPE to inspire YoU to live Your life, fully. 🙂
Have a Grand Ole Time…
